Tired of having to bring your computer to somebody to get it fixed? Maybe you’re having network issues? NC Computer Tech comes to you! We will drive to your location and take a look at your computer and/or network and assess the issue(s). In many situations we can fix your computer right there in your home or place of business the same day. Jobs such as virus removal, system cleanups/optimization, typical wireless network setups and numerous others usually take 1 to 2 hours. If needed we can work on multiple systems per visit and we don’t charge more per hour to do so. We can also bring your computer back to our shop, repair it, and drop it back off to you and reconnect everything. Either way, we do the driving!
Coronavirus update: Don’t want to put yourself at risk of getting sick by going to a store to get your computer fixed? We can come to you and take that scenario out of the equation. Or if you want zero in person interaction, we offer remote support as well.
Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday – 10 a.m. to 8 p.m

Some jobs are charged by the hour and others by flat rate. Call for more details.

- Windows or macOS upgrade/installation.
- Memory, motherboard, CPU, PSU, video card installation.
- Hard drive/SSD cloning, upgrade/installation.
- Laptop keyboard and screen replacement.
- Laptop DC jack repair/installation.
- Tablet DC jack repair and screen replacement.
- Data recovery.
- Data transfer.
- Hourly rate: $75
No hidden diagnostic fees, diagnostics are included in the hourly fee.
Residential and business hourly services: 1 hour minimum.
Hourly rate is broken into 15 minute increments after the first hour.
There’s an additional $60 fee for Sunday service.
If you’re a customer of NC Computer Tech and refer us to somebody else and we do business with them we will give you 10% off on your next service call. Just have them mention that you referred them to us when they call.
Trip fees may apply and vary with location.
