Mr. Williams came as planned, cleaned through the PC, changing a couple of options in Thunderbird so that it won't automatically upgrade in the future. He also found a number of programs running in the background that were of no interest to me and were slowing the computer down. Mr. Williams seemed to be a very personable person, explained what he was doing as he went along.
