He even took one new computer I had and converted it from Windows to Linux so I had a different option besides windows. he can install extra programs that are not on there that you wouldn't think you could do but he did. He is very prompt and responsive to any questions and he comes over rather quickly when there is a problem and you need an answer quickly as well. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasant person to work with.During the latter part of this past December, my Office network was hacked by professionals. I contacted NC Computer Tech and Al Williams returned my call very quickly and we set up a appointment for the next day.He arrived at the agreed time with all his professional equipment and began work immediately. He was able to "clean" all of the computers and related equipment and restored the system to excellent condition within five hours over a two day period. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on this system due to it's age. Al was honest and forthright and bottom line.. he saved me money. I was very pleased with his service and he's the person I'm calling for any computer work I need done from this point on.
