Every other place I called didn't want to get involved with it and told me they stick primarily with iPhone repairs.Even though Al doesn't advertise cell phone repairs on his site I called and asked him if he could look at it. He said "sure, I'll check it out". I reiterated that it was a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and he said "No problem, I'll check out out".To cut to the chase..He replaced the screen and it's as good as new. I know from reading about this phone that it's a very difficult phone to repair but he did it. He's dedicated and I think he's part of a dying breed of service professionals.
