What I thought was a virus turned out to be multiple badly swollen capacitors on the motherboard. Al explained the situation very clearly and showed me exactly what he was talking about on the board itself. He recommend the best course of action to take in terms of cost. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on this system due to it's age. Al was honest and forthright and bottom line.. he saved me money. Mr. Williams came as planned, cleaned through the PC, changing a couple of options in Thunderbird so that it won't automatically upgrade in the future. Mr. Williams seemed to be a very personable person, explained what he was doing as he went along.
